Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love DEEP. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Change-of-mind returns (unopened only)

  • You can return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cans or boxes unless there is a fault.
  • Return postage for change-of-mind is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos.
  • We’ll replace the affected items or refund you in full (including any delivery charges) once verified.

Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription any time before the next renewal is processed.
  • Once a renewal has been charged and shipped, it is treated as a standard order (unopened returns only, within 14 days).

How to start a return

  1. Email info@midnightlab.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA reference. Please do not send items back without an RMA.
  3. Pack items securely; keep proof of postage and tracking.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank/card provider.

Exclusions

  • Opened products (unless faulty), items without original packaging, and returns outside the stated windows are not eligible.
  • We are not responsible for deliveries delayed or undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
